Vessel Boarding Instructions
1. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. Gate closes 15 minutes prior to departure time, any passengers arriving after gate closes, will not be allowed to board. Note: Late arrivals risk losing their reservations to standby passengers.
2. Proceed to our ticket booth directly in front of the vessel, where you will be greeted by a staff-member.
3. Present vessel boarding pass, or if you do not have a boarding pass, you will be required to pay for the excursion prior to boarding. Payments accepted in the form of cash or credit card. All passengers will be required to complete a release of liability form prior to boarding the vessel.
Stand-by passengers must sign-in at the ticket booth to document their arrival time.
Important Note: Passengers without a boarding pass (stand-by passenger) will be taken on a first come, first serve basis only.
Stand-by passengers must arrive early in order to increase the odds of securing a ticket, as space is limited to a total of 47 passengers.
